Nakheel Harbour & Tower will not be a city within a city: it will be one of the world’s greatest global destinations. In line with its role in shaping the city’s future and creating some of the world’s most iconic developments, Nakheel takes this project’s inspiration from Islamic design and culture.

Nakheel Harbour & Tower is like no other project in Dubai or the world. This new masterpiece is the world’s only inner city harbour and with a tower that reaches over one kilometer high. Nakheel has focused on creating a true community, a location for living, working, entertaining, art and culture – all concentrated in one area.

The multibillion-dollar Nakheel Harbour & Tower development covers 150 hectares. It will include 250,000 m2 of hotels and hospitality space, 100,000 m2 of retail space and huge expanses of green spaces, including canal walks, parks and landscaping.

Nakheel Tower will be recognized as a groundbreaking engineering feat.

Nakheel Harbour & Tower will be home to more than 80,000 people, a workplace for 40,000 more, and will attract millions of visitors each year.
